I went for my last session and they burned my skin. I contacted them to address the issue and they told me to put Vaseline on it and that it will be fine. Now I have a scar that will never go away!

Hi Viviana, we were concern about the reaction of your skin when you called. As advised, you sent a photo of the reaction and was assessed by our laser specialist. Initially, the skin appeared red and irritated, this is a common reaction to laser. We advised you to apply hydrocortisone cream or vaseline to prevent drying of the skin as it could form a scab. We do apologize for the discomfort during the process but the reaction typically heals within a couple of weeks and the skin returns to its state overtime and varies individually. This reaction was explained in the consent signed before the treatment. Please reach out to us if you have any further concerns.
