When I got there I was informed this Groupon is only for top or bottom lid only. To do both costs extra. You’re also expected to come back in six weeks for a “touch up” (because about half of the liner comes off with the scabs) and you have to pay extra for that too!

Jin did my permanent eye liner yesterday. She did an awesome job! I’m definitely going to come back and refer her also to my friends.

I visited Jincity to get eyeliner on my upper eyelids. Jin did a fantastic job and the procedure was almost painless . 10/10! If you’re looking to get semi permanent/permanent eyeliner, Jin is the best in the DMV area. I highly recommend her.
