The worst experience on the worst week of my life!! Jennell never read the instructions my request was for her to add my current job to a resume I had professionals do last year. A week later , the week my father was in the hospital and would later pass, she sends me a resume rewritten and had not added current job at all. Refunds on Groupon are non existent now so I just threw my money away!

She demanded a refund, and we obliged. As stated, we never redeemed her Groupon purchase and attempted several times to provide her guidance on how to request a refund. Not worth it, took too long and made a 2 page resume for me. Usually 2 pages is a no no. Most of the resume seemed copy and pasted from mine. I bought the ultimate package which included a LinkedIn, cover page, and resume. I didn't get a LinkedIn page created for me. Services were too expensive for what I got.
