Absolutely and totally unprofessional! I’m still waiting for Groupon to adjust a credit for the services I never received. I set up a time, confirmed payment and the time frame was agreed on twice before scheduled move. I got an automated message at 9 am, 30 minutes before our agreed upon move time that my new window was between 3-5. No one returned my call for another 3 hours after that. Horrible
