BlackFin CrossFit's diamond-sculpted instructors push flagging bodies to the pinnacle of athleticism with intense and varied CrossFit training classes. The On-Ramp program's coaches introduce newcomers to a wide-ranging repertoire of functional movements that can add strength to a weightlifting routine, endurance to a daily jog, and power to a weekly square-dance circle. During each 45- to 60-minute class, trainers pit participants against a gauntlet of equipment that may include weights, medicine balls, gymnastic equipment, and kettlebells.
