What do you love most about your job?
Creating a community of like minded men and women that want to improve and help others improve, too. It is fun, energetic and I get to give high fives and smiles all day long.

Great workout for all levels!

Today was the first time I went to the class and I loved it! The workout was intense and very challenging but the Jessie was amazing with modifications and encouragement! The people are really nice and supportive, in a way that is not annoying or overbearing like some fitness classes can be. Will definitely be going back!

Great workout! Chasity & Bobbie know their stuff! It's 30 minutes of torture! But worth it! Try it, you won't regret it!
