I was expecting some additional fees based on the fine print of the Groupon but all in all this cost me $200! Not to mention I spent the next hour cleaning my hard floors full of puddles of dirty water.

Unprofessional, the guy didn't show up for his appt blaming the weather. Even with the groupon the service fee was pretty high. Not much of a deal. Will not use this service again.

The groupon doesn't do any good since I had to pay another $279 on top of the $79 groupon to actually have them clean my carpet. They did not move any furniture and the carpet was extremely wet for about 1.5 days. will not do a carpet groupon again. I feel I got ripped off.
