Threads & Inks, Lakeville

This is a store that we frequent and have had team embroidery done there. I kept 1 Groupon for myself, I sold 1 to a friend and 2 others to a neighbor. As I spoke of the Groupon regarding the expiration, all of the indiviuals had mentioned that they were looking at some items to purchase, but they were out of their price range. I redeemed one per the conditions on the expiration date. Threads would not honor the Groupons to my neighbor on the expiration date even though Gift Groupons were available. I talked to an employee of the store who told me that I could use the expired Groupon ($25 value) to pay for a sweatshirt that I brought in to get embroidered. The store would not let me use it for the payment even though there was no promotional value associated with it. I am very disappointed in the customer service for this particular incident. Instead of keeping me as a valued customer, it has persuaded me to find other options for my team events.
