I do not fell that the technician listened to what I asked for. I said I didn't want squared off tips. I never asked for them to be short or misshapen ovals. A second tech came over and worked on my nails and they still were not at all what I had asked for but it was not going to be corrected unless they started over again and after I had already been sitting there 90 minutes I just wanted to go home. Staff was very very nice and the tech tried/took a very long time, but she did not understand what I wanted from the get go. Also my fingers were incredibly sore that day and the next. I don't remember my fingers ever being this sore when I had my nails done in the past.

I've had my nails done at other salons for years and after going to VIP nails, I had problems with chiping and cracking of my nails.
