The salon area was not clean. Hair on the floor is understandable (though not when i'm suppose to be your first client of the day), but there were a lot of hair strands on the magazines, on the walls, and the storage rack. Also, I purchased a Groupon for a Haircut, color, and Conditioning treatment. What I got was just a hair trim (not a good one because I have some strands longer than others) an okay color job, and conditioner in my hair (don't know where the treatment falls in when you just shampoo my hair and throw in conditioner.)

My color was fine, but my cut was not. I have a very simple cut/style that requires very little cutting and she added a long layers to one side of my head but not the other. My hair did not have any layers to begin with and now only one side does, good thing I usually pull my hair up in a ponytail.
