Terrible paid for nothing

I go to Shapes Brow Bar, in Baybrook Mall, all the time. When I saw the Groupon, I decided to get it because it’s something that I already use. When I took the Groupon to the store, she initially did not want to honor it. She told me they don’t accept Groupon. When I questioned her about it, she told me she would accept it, but then told me not to buy that Groupon again. The Groupon was for 2 brow threadings sessions with tint sessions. I told her I knew it was just for eyebrows, but I’d pay her to have my lip done, too. She did thread both my brows and my lip and they looked great, like they always do. However, there was no tinting done. When I went to pay, she marked the Groupon “redeemed”, even though I only had 1 session. However, she didn’t charge me for the lip threading. I was fine with that and considered it “even”. I just wanted to warn anyone buying this Groupon, that it might not be honored at the store in Baybrook Mall.

Great experience . Fast and my eye brows look amazing. This looks like my go to spot . Highly recommended
