I called and left two voicemails trying to confirm my appointment time; carol never returned my calls. The groupon I purchased was for a hydrotherapy session and foot rub; I never received a foot rub. When I arrived at the office I stood there waiting; when she realized I was there carol seemed shocked and quickly closed doors. I assume another client was there and had privacy compromised. While the hydrotherapy session seemed beneficial I will not be returning.

It took over 2 months for the owner to return my call so that I could use my Groupon. When I was at In Carol's Care, she complained about she is losing money bc of Groupon. It was her decision to run a special on Groupon, not mine. Maybe if she more concern about returning phones calls, maybe she would have a better experience. Now I feel pressure to get in all my groupons in under a month time. Very unprofessional.
