Staff was very friendly, the red light for my face went out about 20 minutes early but other than that it was a good experience and I’ll probably be going back to their Lakewood location instead of the Littleton one, due to location

The skin specialist wasn’t able to draw my blood so the PRP portion wasn’t performed. Upon completion of the normal microneedling session the specialist never mentioned anything about refunding me for the PRP. It wasn’t until I asked about the tipping then she said not to worry about it since she couldn’t draw my blood. If I hadn’t mentioned tipping she would have let me leave and pocketing the money I paid for the PRP. Nobody likes to be taken advantage of!
