From the papa asada appetizer to the soappilla dessert, everything on the menu at Asaderos is as authentically Mexican as it gets. Alongside the usual staples of tacos, fajitas, and burritos, there are countless dishes that don’t often make appearances on Americanized menus. Take the molcajete de mariscos, for instance, which blends all manner of seafood delicacies, including octopus, crab legs, and scallops, along with asaderos cheese and spicy red sauce. Or the camarones aguachiles, which features raw ceviche shrimp marinated in lime juice, spices, and onions.

This level of authenticity doesn't just stop with the food, either. The drink menu features plenty of Mexican beers, multiple kinds of Don Julio, and, of course, margaritas.
