Infinity Lights®, Lakewood

This Groupon/vendor required "In-Store Pickup. It was very difficult to locate this vendor. The address given is for the Colorado Mills Mall a huge enclose mall in western Denver not the actual vendor, In fact the vendor does not have a storefront but a portable kiosk located in the hallway off of the food court. Upon my initial failure to locate the vendor I called the vendor's phone number several times only to be directed to a voice mail location. In frustration and the wasting of my time I called your 888 support line to see if you had more detailed information or an alternative phone number. Unfortunately you had only the same information that I had printed on the Groupon voucher. Upon entering the mall I asked a security officer for the location of entrance 4 1/2. Once in the general area I started looking for the store or a sign and much to my surprise found none but only a small cart. Upon inspecting the cart and it's contents I was further discourage and felt very deceived. The product was certainly not what I anticipated and certainly not worth the Groupon cost let alone the original/actual cost. There were several sizes but was told the Groupon only covered the smallest item but I could move up for a surcharge. The product was presented as a DIY puzzle light fixture of which I thought might be a fun gift/project for my grandchildren to decorate their rooms. The lamps were presented as a finished product and when ask for materials to make our own or directions to assist, there were limited materials(colors) and no observed printed directions. The person running the cart tried to be helpful but was clearly at the mercy of his employer and the situation he had been left. In desperation and in need of the anticipated Christmas gifts I left with two of the smallest light fixtures not in the color combinations I had wanted with the understanding that I would return post Christmas to try to resolve the situation. Contact with Groupon to share my experience and frustration was going to be my next step. Fortunately you beat me to the punch with your opportunity to rate Infinity Lights.
