Money pit. Don't use $99 service unless you're also prepared to pay $50/visit for additional treatments they imply will be covered by insurance. By the time they finished billing me, 12 months after last service, I was out around $800. Make sure you give bad feedback during repetitive consultations they make you sit through to collect testimonies, as well. It's no wonder their "Dr's" change so frequently.

Belmar location, great at first. then they kept giving me a "doctor" that felt more like she was throwing a kitten on me then giving a chiropractic adjustment.
