This whole process was not an easy experience. I booked a time, then received a text she needing to reschedule weeks later. Then on that day I was her last appointment and she was not feeling all that well. She said she would give me a free hour to make up for everything. I scheduled that and guess what, she canceled again. She never called me back to reschedule. I would not go back myself.

Buyers beware! Not only was she difficult to schedule with, but Lucinda refused to provide my last massage from a 3-session purchase. She said I had committed a "massive breach of trust" because my attorney asked for a statement for the massages I purchased after an injury I sustained. She claimed she told me that I could never involve insurance or attorneys when I became a client. I have no knowledge of that and wouldn't have continued to go to her if she said that to me. It sounds very suspicious, as though she's hiding something. I tried to verify her massage license and could not find evidence of licensure. She had said she would refund my payment for the outstanding massage but has not done so nor has she responded to communications from me. There are plenty of good masseuses, she was OKish, go somewhere else.

You came to see me for 11 treatments after your surgery. Your package of 3 -60 minutes finished you stated the surgery was from a fall from a dog. I offered you a discount again for 3 sessions Stating I do not bill medical insurance, Workers Comp Insurance nor personal injury any outside billing. You stated you understood that's why I gave you suck a deep doscount. .After 11 Treatments your lawyer contacts me for billing and notes. I submitted those which is time consuming on my part while not being compensated. You received my services were happy with the results given to you at a huge discounted price. Your money was refunded and you come over here to try and discredit myself. You were happy to continue to be my client until I fired you. I never claimed you could not go to insurance or attorneys I stated I did not work with them....If you are going that route You mat need to find another therapist as that is not in my scope of practice.
I hope you find peace within after putting me on blast here.
