I had a 60-minute craniosacral session and was honestly surprised by how quickly I felt a shift. Within the session — and especially right after — my mind felt quieter, my body calmer, and I could focus in a way I hadn’t been able to for a while. It was like my nervous system finally downshifted. This is nervous-system support, and it worked well for me, as I'm in need of slowing down while resetting and creating a safe space within my body again. Overall, I left feeling more grounded, clearer mentally, and physically more at ease. If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or feeling “wired,” this is a beautiful reset.
