After calls and appointments scheduled on the website, I received no call back. I found them very unresponsive.

They were 3 hours late. They advertise a deep cleaning but then only provide what the tech called a surface cleaning. They do not answer the phone most of the time and then do not return messages. I will never use them again. I should have checked the Yelp reviews as they were all negative. This is a bad company for Groupon to be working with.

Can only reach them through their website, but confirmed my appt. and showed up within the 2 hour window. Quickly cleaned the carpet, but seemed to have done a good job. Van didn't indicate SteamWork LLC (showed another company) but am pleased with the work.
