Blaze Yoga Lancaster offers authentic Bikram method classes in a contemporary atmosphere. Designed for all skill levels, practitioners perform the therapeutic "Original 26 & 2" series, which systematically challenges the body through 26 postures and two breathing exercises, barefoot in a heated studio. Although these 90-minute classes are identical on paper, participants find each class feels substantially different as their skills progress and improve. In addition to hot yoga, Blaze Yoga Lancaster offers Inferno Hot Pilates, an interval training class that tones the body through high-intensity, low impact, sweat-inducing movements.
