Be sure to take the time for the narrated tour of the Hans Herr House and the Long House, Very interesting and lots of artifacts to look at and enjoy. If in Lancaster County, PA this is a must see. We spend about 2 1/2 hours, but you don't have to spend that much time.

It is in a lovely setting. The house tour was really interesting. We also took the Indian Long House tour which was great too. Well worth the trip. I'd go back and take some guests.

Our tour was wondeful! The interpretor of the Native American life in the Longhouse was informative, with a deep regard for the customs and society of the local tribes . I think minimal time to explore the site is 2 hours.
