_(BYOB)Bring Your Own Bike and we'll setup the trainers. Don't have a bike; use one of ours (1 time $25 fee). A 60 min indoor ride can equal 90 to 100 minutes of riding outside. Why? The work is steady for the entire indoor ride.Riding indoors there is no “coasting,” which makes the workout harder. Because it has constant resistance, the trainer has the potential to deliver an even more efficient workout than you'd get outside. We work on holding a set RPM, one legged drills, strengthening exercises, climbing, hills, correct form and focusing on your pedal stroke.

While we advocate training indoors, we also realise the importance of training outdoors too!Both indoor and outdoor training have numerous benefits and we recommend that you include both within your training!._
