I have never taken yoga but was recommended to me by my doctor. I researched facilities in the area, went by location, and did research. I was still torn by which one to try. As a Groupon junkie, I have used Groupon coupones for a long time, and when I saw there was a Groupon to try Florida Power Yoga I was ecstatic. I called the owner, who is wonderful and very knowledable and after explaining to her my various injuries, she assured me her classes would be the best for me. I am 67 with arthritis, had spine surgery last July 2018, diabetes and to top it off I have circulation problems LOL So my first class was two days ago and I loved the upbeat, heated room and the other students were very compassionate! I recommend if your thinking you can't walk, or even bend without pain give it a try. Call the owner and meet with her. What do you have to loose?
