I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Universal Vision! The staff is very pleasant and they helped me find a pair of glasses I liked for a good price. When the arm of my glasses broke (of course I would pick wooden-armed frames), they replaced the glasses very quickly and for no charge.

Completely oversold their customer. Did not inquire about a price range and when totalled up the client had spent hundreds more than anticipated. I will never recommend this establishment to my family and friends. Although an attempt at recovering the customer experience was made my mother still spent 150.00 over and above the groupon discount. I recently purchased an IMAGE Optometry Groupon for 89.00, I was given an exam, frames, lenses, contacts and did not spend a penny more. I believe the spirit of best customer interest was not in the strategy of this particular establishment. Very disappointed.
