What I appreciate about this gym is the careful attention to individuals. I am known by name and checked in with regularly and when I have questions they are answered. I like being challenged but encouraged and BEFIT staff are very good at both.

Back in the gym in 2 years. Josh and Rachel were awesome in explaining how they gym operated. They walked the room to make sure form was on point and to offer advice… A very warm and welcoming gym. Will definitely be signing on after my trial.

Love this group fitness company! It's the best of all worlds and is exactly what I was looking for after my last gym closed. Signed up for a year after the first class because I can tell this will give me the results I'm after. So excited to reach my health and fitness goals with their help! ^^
