I truly appreciate Mountain View's hard work protecting wildlife and educating the community. We enjoyed our time touring the facility.

The biggest reason I went was because I have a daughter who loves owls. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any. If I have known ahead of time - we would not have gone. It was really disappointed. There were hardly any animals to see. I do appreciate the work that the people there are doing, but I found it not worthwhile - although the money we spent will go towards helping the staff and animals.

The tour was very informative but the guide was rude, sarcastic if nobody asked questions and acted put out if someone did ask questions. She actually yelled at my daughter for interrupting to ask a question. We would have left at that point but didn't know how to get back to our car. Very disappointed with the tour however they seem to be doing good things with the donations...

It was an interesting tour. The tour leader was very informative about the work that is being done to breed the Northern Spotted Owls.

As first time visitors, we found signage lacking ... no idea where to go. When we did find the visitor centre, there was no one there. A person arrived just 5 minutes before the tour began but there was no way to tell they were staff. VERY disorganized administratively. Their first impressions fell well short of the mark. The start of the tour commenced with a 15-year old video (with information that was well out of date) and proceeded through barns where you weren't permitted to see anything. Did I really just pay $50 to see a bunch of closed barn doors??? At the end of the tour visitors were just dismissed. What a lost opportunity. Wouldn't do it again!

totally different equation from the previous time we visited. almost all the animals are gone! the lady leading the tour was very knowledgeable, organized, and approachable for questions.

I am so glad to have heard about this great organization, I did not even know they existed prior to seeing the Groupon. I hope they keep up the great work that they are doing.
