Great experience and loved the results

I'm doubting the certification of the person who did my injections. I had welts for 4 days and the bruising lasted for a full week. To add insult to injury, she said this was normal. Sorry, it is not. Should not have tried a new establishment!

I️ purchased 20 units of botox. I️’ve received botox in the past but the NP told me I️ needed at least 30 units. I️ had less botox injected elsewhere with much better results. Reflections also left me with a droopy eye and said it can only be fixed with more botox. It wasn’t fixed and I’m now hoping the over-diluted botox wares off quickly.

I purchased a groupon for 20 units of botox to use on lines around my lips; I used 10 units on the first visit and returned two weeks later to have the rest done; I told the girl I was getting ready for my 50th birthday getaway and was talked into purchasing another 40 units for my forehead; I now have a smoothish forehead and an extremely droopy eye with folds in my eyelid; I had specifically expressed concerns about this prior to the treatment; i had bruising on my forehead for over two weeks and need to get more around my lips (my primary concern and reason for visiting) but will be visiting my a different office and paying again for what I wanted done in the first place
