They never answer the emails or phone calls . Impossible to get an appointment and their choppers are down the few times they actually answer.

I had called several times since April Sometimes I would get a call back and other times not The calls I DID receive back were a little bit rude and they just kept telling me they were too booked to schedule me :( This was my husband's birthday gift that we did not get to experience Highly disapointed and now I still haven't give him anything for his birthday I will let them eat my money I will NOT give more of my money just because THEY couldn't fit me in They should not have sold so many groupon vouchers if they couldn't keep up Very dissastisified and sad that we didn't get to do this We were both very much looking forward to it Sincerely, Amanda Benge-Martinez
