After Kim Russom graduated from the Capri College of Massage Therapy and received her state licensure and national certification in 2007, she began working professionally as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), ultimately establishing her own practice inside the quaint brick walls of Rassel Chiropractic in 2011. Now, she and her team focus on problematic pain areas inside one of four treatment rooms across two locations. Kim oversees a team of LMTs that include Sheela Hart and Emily Castle who specialize in deep-tissue massage ​and often target specific ailments—such as headaches and chronic pain—with a customized mixture of deep pressure, trigger-point therapy, scalp massages, and stretches. Together, they heal as many clients as possible. In addition to delivering massages, the team also provides clients with helpful information on how to best treat muscles, including assigning specific stretching exercises and posture-creating routines that can enhance the power of a massage.
