I never made it so see Willow or receive the message that was paid for. Willow has a policy that I felt uncomfortable with. In order to schedule the prepaid message you must either pay her an additional $40 by paypal or Venmo that is 'refundable' when you show up for the scheduled appointment. Or you must send her your credit card information via text, or a cold call so that it maybe 'held on file' in case you are are no show for your appointment. Why would I be charged a no show fee for something you are already paid for? I do not get the $39 spent on the groupon back if I do not use it, Willow will get those funds even if I am a no show. Why charge even more for a service you didn't preform? And why treat your potential new clients like they are untrust worthy before you even meet them, yet, at the same time expect a new client to trust you with their financial information when they have not met you, cannot confirm your business location, and there is not a strong website to verify legitimacy? This seems like a shady and poorly planned business model. This groupon was a gift, and yet, the purchaser had no idea the frustrations they were gifting me. Sadly, they lost on out the $39 they spent on the it, but I will not be using it as I value protecting my finances and card information more.

This cancellation policy and procedure was recommended by my Groupon representative after a number of no-shows by Groupon clients.
The address is printed on the Groupon along with these terms of cancellation.
Nothing is charged as long as the appt is kept as scheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance. Most people don’t know that Groupon prepays half of what the customer pays for it. Which is fine by me as it is an advertising campaign. But that amount does not begin to cover the cancellation fee or amount of lost business.
I find there are few people who have problems with this. Rest assured, if people were not getting deposit money back, you would have seen that indicated in my reviews here.
