What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm the only ninja warrior gym in Michigan that will have the latest obstacles as seen on #ANW. I'm committed to getting folks in shape in a circuit training fashion with the introduction of Ninja Warrior obstacles. Instead of burpees, we do cliff hangers, devil steps, floating steps, warped wall

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Your brain only lets you use 40% of your physical abilities. I can make your brain rethink and push you past the point of what you thought was possible. Kids are the best at overcoming this, and are damn impressive in their feats of accomplishment. I focus on you can, and you will!!!!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was going to build these obstacles to train for #ANW and I thought other folks might want to join me. Ninja Warrior is a growing sport and I wanted to be on the forefront of this sports revolution.

What do you love most about your job?
I do what I want for a living instead of working to make other people rich. I'm finally free. And I love training, I get to train as a job, and seeing others reach far beyond the potential they thought they had. The smiles and the sense of accomplishment I see my clients get out of training. #GAINS
