I came to my appointment with pain in my left shoulder and Mark was able to loosen up the area and release the pain. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in the muscles,tendons and skeletal systems in the body. He shared some helpful exercises to help with pain in my leg. The massage was excellent!

Very comfortable setting. Mark is informative and skilled at his practice and in his relating that to you. I did the private lesson which gave me a great start for my own at home practice. I plan on future visits.
