Instructor spent more time starring at her self in mirror than poses plus looking at phone to see what to do next. Instructor obviously did not read enrollment/release form she would have seen I would need to modify some moves with block but she insisted that I only needed mat and towel in not a professional manner!!

Fabulous! Instructors are knowledgeable and give great classes, but its the cold cloth they put on your forehead that makes everything worthwhile! Do it! :)
