The lashes are very soft AND I can wash my face! I've had lashes before and they were hard. Even though I tried to wash my face only every other day, the other lashes still came out one by one. These lashes are so much better. She also does an excellent job with eyebrows. My lashes AND brows are fantastic. Definitely going back!
