Service was excellent! I dropped my car and within a couple of hours it was completed. Very responsive, pleasant and thorough. He fully explained how to operate the remote start function and answered all my questions. I will definitely return again for future service. Tip: Call and speak to him directly to discuss options prior to purchasing the Groupon deal ;-)

He was really friendly and responsive via text message. The service did not take as long as I expected, a little under an hour. There was a nice waiting area with a TV and the entire experience was great. He gave a detailed explanation on how to use the new remote start system. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely return for additional services to my vehicle.
