If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Because it was based on time the one lady took over an hour and a half for a bathroom. She ended up only cleaning 2 bathrooms, no vacuuming, no dusting. I would often see her on her phone checking and responding to texts. I would avoid them if possible.

What an amazing cleaning company. Through illness, we had let our house go. The girl they sent took care of everything as if it were nothing. Amazing work!!

Was just ok. Floors looked good but after she left I went around the house and basic things like taking out the bathroom/kitchen trash bins, wiping the mirrors, making the bed weren’t done. Didn’t ask for specifics just a normal clean. Wasn’t terrible but looked like 2 hours of work versus 5. Also there was a bunch of food and a half eaten salad left in my fridge. Wouldn’t use again.

We are thankful for the 3-star, and sorry you were not completely satisfied with the service. The beds are only made upon request as stated on our website. Unfortunately you did not also purchase also a fridge cleaning service, that was not included in the Groupon you purchased. That is a extra Addon service, and at that time of you purchased we could have removed your food from the fridge and cleaned upon request.
