Cancun Resort Las Vegas by Diamond Resorts, Las Vegas

Horrible. I keep receiving robo calls from fake numbers from this diamond resort. Different numbers robo calls. This resort had nothing special anyways

the baucher the package that I bought was for 2 days and 2 nights also said that for $82 dollars the charges per night of the hotel and the rates would be included but it was not like that in the hotel they charged me again $75 dollars of the charges and rates that I already had paid out. In addition we had to leave the room on Sunday at 4 in the afternoon one night before the carded due to how dusty the room was and the beds itched my children got welts on their skin, unfortunately very bad experience I will not rent again a room through this app as they give them the worst old and dirtiest rooms and end up paying more for the charges and fees.

Dilapidated property and rooms, especially compared with other diamond locations we have berated at. The check in involved the staff trying to force us to talk to the “concierge to get a welcome packet” which is really just a timeshare sales pitch. I spent close to $1200 for two nights including taxes, and got to deal with group fights in the parking lot outside our room, partying next door neighbors, a building being painted so you cannot exit the building except through the basement garage in the rear which is not ok for me physically, oh and the pool and everything closes at 8pm on a Saturday at this “pool resort” but they don’t tell you that of course. Kitchen is hardly “full size” if you actually plan on cooking anything there is literally zero counter space. They have TONS of ridiculous rules and expectations listed and posted everywhere yet we found ourselves to be the only people who were obeying such rules. And let’s not forget that, despite the signs saying it is not, this place is a free-for-all chill spot for the locals who show up and use it like their own pool then go smoke blunts and party in the parking lot. Will never ever go back here. Total money waste and I was pretty embarrassed as it was four of us and I’m the one who picked this place. Could have stayed at a much nicer hotel or resort for what we paid and surely could have enjoyed the amenities at another pool with reasonable weekend hours.
