We booked this last-minute as we had the day to kill before our flight. Upon arrival to the store, an easy find with free parking, we were quickly and efficiently provided with our bikes and helmets. Clean! Joey was fantastic, transporting our bikes to a trailhead for us so that we would be able to fully enjoy our rental time. If you have the time and desire, book with this e-bike company! Thx

Thank you Alanna! We are very excited that you enjoyed our new option of meeting us at one of four trail heads at red rock, the wetlands , lake mead/Hoover dam, and our off road mtb trail at blue Diamond, to create the best experience possible!! We are so happy you loved the Wetlands!! I will make sure to let Joey know of your kind words and am very happy to hear it myself!! Please check us out again next time you’re in town! and or give us a call if you’d like to buy a bike 😏🤷♂️

The bikes were fine. On the way to the Wetlands we felt unsafe, we had to stop on a Walgreens and turn back. The person followed us off the trail and to the main street. people see you have an electric bike and it brings a lot of attention to you. No one else on bikes and no one on electric bikes except us. The trail is secluded. After an hour of riding we turned back.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. We did recommend you go to sunset park because of the homeless on the wetlands trail system. The trails south of sunset park do not have homeless problems and it is an amazing ride to rail road pass. Sunset park is just a mile from the shop and has many trails and leads to other trails. We hope you come see us again and try the recommended route! thanks!

We biked 36 miles to the Las Vegas Wetlands and to Lake Las Vegas. The first few miles were a little sketchy, passing by trashy areas and homeless people (that were kind). Once we got to the wetlands trail, it was beautiful. We had a great time!

Thank you Margaret. It was great meeting you, unfortunately some our homeless population do live near the Arroyo trail. I’m sorry it was less then awesome for you. Please come by next time you’re in town for a free rental along the railroad pass!! You can get to the wetlands, Boulder City, Lake mead, and even Hoover Dam on that route!
The day before you went the trail was clear, but after you went I rode that route and was ashamed. I’m sorry. We’re recommending everyone go through sunset park on to rail road pass trail to avoid the area to the north east of here. It’s a very nice beautiful well kept path! I hope you enjoyed the other 90% of your time, and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again!!

What a fun experience. It is my second time renting e-bikes from Epic E-bike and we had a blast. Great fun. Loved it.
