Worst place ever. Jim at Craid Road location is condescending and rude. Even though there’s a limit of 3 per person you cannot use for more than 1 lesson on an instrument because you are no longer a new student after the first lesson.

Don't use for more than 1 lesson for 1 instrument. Apparently it's not allowed even though other reviews say they have taken multiple lessons on 1 instrument. I was met with disrespect from Jim at the Craig Road location the first time meeting him due to his incompetence with technology. Then again when speaking for the second time. He talks down to people and has no idea what he's doing. We had a discussion about the groupon at my 7-year-old's first lesson and he didn't even know that there was a groupon out there for the company he works at and said he "wow we must be hurting for customers." After the lesson he said "you don't need to sign in, just go on back to the couches to wait for your instructor." Then at a subsequent lesson he says, "you need to sign in" which is confusing because he told me we didn't need to do that. Apparently signing in means just going to the cash register and giving your phone number. He then proceeds to say that the groupon I purchased isn't allowed because she is no longer a "new student" because she is considered "enrolled" after that very first lesson. The fine print says, "limit 3 per person" and it's only for "new students" which she is a new student having never had a lesson before in her life before that very first lesson the other week. I already purchased 3 groupons for my 7 y/o for drum lessons to make sure it's something she enjoys and that it's a good fit w/the instructor.

5 stars! My daughter had 4 lessons and can play her Ukelele quite well. Will probably try guitar next.
