Very difficult trying to make an appointment doesn't take into account people work. Just her schedule. Won't be back

Did not blend color at all, over charged for color alteration and did nothing to lighten and blend hair color. Trimmed my bangs, then I asked for a little bit shorter, then she took off an inch. Is the worse color and trim I have ever had. Probably OK for shampoo blow dry.

Angela was late 8 minutes to the 11:00 am appt. I paid extra money for a full color on my hair instead of a root color process. It included a trim which she did in less than 2 minutes due to helping a friend who had another customer. Angela spent her time texting during my service. She washed my hair & left it hard; no hair conditioner. A very poor job! I tipped her good for the poor job!

She was great and I loved the natural partial highlights she did.
