This new venture was a great experience. My eyelashes were better than I expected. Serena was professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will recommend Serena to everyone.

I cannot express how much I love my eyelashes! Serena is so skilled, polite, and definitely has a way with lashes. She made me feel really comfortable and worked with my schedule. I'll definitely be going back.

I really like the way the stylist did my hair. The only thing that turned me off is that the day I had my appointment they were moving furniture around the salon so she kept stopping to do my hair to help the movers figure out where the put the furniture and it was very frustrating I had to wait a very long time for her to finish my hair . If if it wasn't for that it would have been a great experience. Was terrible right there ruined my whole day at that salon. This is why I couldn't read it a five-star .

I'm glad you like the way I did your hair, I'm sorry you felt that you had to give me 3 stars as I had apologized for the distraction and I upgraded you to a Keratin Blowout which was 3x what you paid originally.
Unfortunately, I don't own the salon. I rent space there and had no control over the new furniture being delivered to the salon. Actually because I upgraded your service the service I gave you takes more time to do, I only stopped for like 3 seconds to tell the furniture co. Not to leave a piece in the middle of the floor.
