International Nightlife Association, Las Vegas

International Nightlife Association's goal is to protect the nightlife industry from such threats as violence from belligerent patrons, bans on EDM events, strict licensing laws, and costly operating requirements. It does this by educating club and bar owners about proper procedures, and offering job training for managers, bartenders, and security guards. It also has networking events for industry professionals, and it attempts to work with city officials to keep local nightlife venues in business.

And as part of the hospitality industry, it frequently hosts events, such as the International Nightlife Congress. This one-day gathering in Las Vegas features talks on a variety of nightlife topics and culminates in an official afterparty.
