Just Brakes Las Vegas, Las Vegas

Terrible service. One mechanic for a whole bay is ridiculous especially when he's new and just out of school. The manager did very little actual work and spent most of the time on the phone. I understand other duties have to be attended to and that I'm not the only customer or thing they have to worry about but getting brakes with calipers changed should not take 5 hours. Especially when 3 other 129.99 brakes were done along with 1 oil change. It even was bad enough that on of the managers friends stopped by and they were chatting in the main waiting room. Ridiculous. I will not be returning and will not recommend friends or family go here.

Very friendly staff and appreciated how Jamie not only explained what and why things needed to be done, but also showed me! I would definitely recommend them and I know for a fact I will continue to go to them for all my brake needs!

Terrible experience, charged and extra $70 to complete the work and my brakes are worse now. I am going to have to pay someone else to do the job that they should of done. Very dissapointed.

I will never go back, i feel i was taken for a ride.. I dont know if they even completed the work or not, they refused to do the back brakes even though i paid for them and wanted them done,i would never recomend this place to anyone, no wonder they had no customers that day..
