I expected a demo and lesson, but instead we were given a bunch of recipes to complete on our own. There were a lot of chefs walking around, who could help and answer questions, but being a fairly competent cook already, I was expecting more in-depth material behind the actual recipes themselves.

Tried to move my date or get refund, almost impossible to get a hold of the office, so I emailed and got no response. I tried contacting them 4 days before the day of the class.
