I arrived at the appointment time and was well taken care of. My oil change was smooth and follow up advise was given. No uncomfortable up selling .

Too busy to get your car in for even an oil change. Groupon for full synthetic oil change was not accepted. They wanted another $60!

Continuing my first part. When I went to pick up my vehicle and told him I had a Groupon you got an attitude and said I needed to tell them before when I dropped off the vehicle. They eventually got it all handled and used my Groupon. But this leads me to believe that the quality of work in the service is even worse if they know you have a Groupon beforehand.
