Loss of star because for what it is this is spendy. It's cold in there (obviously) and you cant stay there long. Drink and go. Also not something you'd need to do more than once...

The groupon was easy to redeem for the admission into the Ice bar but they were finniky about the extras that were supposed to be included. We bought another as a gift and were told our party could not use two. Also they did not want to honor our ski drink. We complained and nagged til they gave in but it was a good experience.
