Samosa shells are too hard. The reason might be warming them in the microwave too long.. When an entree is ordered eg: chicken curry or lamb curry, serve with rice or roti or both. Do not make the customer order them separately. That is beyond ridiculous and not Indian or Pakistani style of serving. Samosas are ridiculously expensive. Be reasonable.
