About RoadRunner Carpet Care

RoadRunner Carpet Care has cleansed and fluffed carpets with state-of-the-art steam machines for more than a decade. The company's equipment has been tested and approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute for high rates of soil and water removal and low fiber damage. In addition to wearing this badge of quality, each device undergoes regular maintenance to ensure efficient, reliable operation. The technicians who wield the cleaning implements are well versed in several odor- and stain-removal techniques and also perform low-moisture upholstery cleanings for natural, synthetic, or papier-mâché furniture. In case of flooding, RoadRunner offers 24-hour emergency services to extract the excess moisture, restore water-damaged carpets, and prevent the growth of mold and toxins.

my daughter was continuously hassled by Paul to pay more for a deep cleaning and was complaining on how much he gets paid for groupon jobs. In turn she felt he didn't even try to get out her high traffic stains. Her groupon was for a three bedrooms and hallway she lives in a two bedroom, he still charged her 20.00 to clean her 3X5 foot bathroom that has carpet. I thought the purpose of groupon was to attract future customers????

Don't accept any upsell, regardless of how much this companies "employees" complain about how little is made through groupon. Send them away if you hear "groupon is just to adevertise our great service" or "oh an extra $150 will have it like new" "just 70 more and i'll get all the dirt out". Either this business is going to do a carpet cleaning as paid for...or just refuse the service and contact groupon with the issues. No way should an extra $60 have to be paid for just a foot traffic entry way that any $70 big lot carpet cleaner can handle. Lemon scent can be found in the dollar store and so can "awesome" carpet pre-treatment. Just stick to the basic groupon deal and ignore the technician, or better yet just select another company.

Charged $45 just to spray chemical on a couple stains. Also tried to charged extra even though I purchased a groupon that included up to 800 ft and home was less then that. But he said it was more then the 3 rooms.
