Shoe Lab, Las Vegas

They were WAY overpriced, and the gentleman was very rude. It took nearly 5 weeks to get my 1 shoe back from repair in which they told me it wasn't even worth the repair, just buy another pair. VERY unprofessional.

Prices are extremely high, even with the Groupon. It is cheaper to buy new shoes. Prices should be posted because I went to two separate locations and they gave me two separate prices. It mad me feel like they were trying to rip me off. I had a whole bag of shoes I would have had repaired if the prices were more reasonable, so in that sense, they lost my future business.

I was looking for a new shoe repair place because I moved & was hoping this was the place, but it's not. They wouldn't repair just one shoe & insisted I pay for both shoes' heels to be replaced, which I didn't need & would cost twice as much. I have tons of shoes, & typically only 1 ness to be repaired so this would cost A LOT of extra money. Clearly they don't care about customers' wants & needs, & apparently don't want my long term business. Won't be returning.
