The therapist was very nice however, 2x she said she'd call me back to book and never did. Then, when I finally did book an appt, it was a totally different address, actually a person's house which I thought was a bit strange & uncomfortable. Also, I wasn't even on the phone with her for a minute before she started trying to sell me a massage package and tried to sell it to me again after my appt telling me I "was a knotted mess & needed cont therapy". It was obvious she was going to tell me this regardless. Also, I hate it when the therapist keeps talking to you while you are trying to relax. All in all, the massage was good but not spectacular. Like I said though, she was a kind person.
